Recent outings: Friday 17th June 2011 Marwell Zoo Dreamnight
A group of families from the Island visted the Dreamnight at Marwell Zoo this year. Many thanks to Marwell who put on a wonderful evening and many thanks to Red Funnel who once again generously gave all families a discounted ticket price for the journey over to Southampton.
Recent donations
In December 2011, Inflight Peripherals, a Newport based design and manufacturing company, picked IWTLOG to receive a donation of £500 as part of their annual charity donation scheme. This donation has been used on the whole to purchase a number of "switch operated" toys which are specifically designed for children with disabilities. They will be a fantastic addition to the toy library.
Carisbrooke Shipping, a Cowes based international shipping company, made a very generous donation of £1500 to the IW Toy Library & Opportunity Group in late December 2008. This donation has supported the group's efforts to publicise the group, enabled us to purchase new toys and books and has funded the creation of this web site.
